當(dāng)前，智能制造已成為工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的主流方向，工業(yè)機(jī)器要實(shí)現(xiàn)智能制造，離不開(kāi)軟硬件的支持。我們公司研發(fā)的智能化設(shè)備就是希望通過(guò)高速智能數(shù)控以及視覺(jué)智能裁斷技術(shù)，為這些機(jī)器賦予“智慧”。日益增大的人力成本、產(chǎn)品需求的多樣化、不斷迭代的產(chǎn)品對(duì)制作工藝的通用性、精度、可靠性都提出了越來(lái)越嚴(yán)格的要求。臺(tái)威精機(jī)深耕智能化設(shè)備研發(fā)與生產(chǎn)，布局智能制造的“細(xì)分市場(chǎng)”，打造可自動(dòng)升級(jí)迭代生產(chǎn)工藝、生產(chǎn)技術(shù)，全程無(wú)人化生產(chǎn)的“無(wú)人工廠”，助力“中國(guó)制造”邁向“中國(guó)智造”。
At present, intelligent manufacturing has become the mainstream direction of industrial production. For industrial machines to achieve intelligent manufacturing, they cannot do without the support of software and hardware. The intelligent equipment developed by our company aims to endow these machines with "intelligence" through high-speed intelligent numerical control and visual intelligent cutting technology. The increasing labor costs, the diversification of product demands, and the continuous iteration of products have all put forward increasingly strict requirements for the universality, precision and reliability of manufacturing processes. TAIWEI precise machinery is deeply engaged in the research and development and production of intelligent equipment, laying out the "niche market" of intelligent manufacturing, and creating an"unmanned factory" that can automatically upgrade and iterate production processes and technologies, with fully unmanned production, to help "Made in China" move towards "Intelligent Made in China".

雙工位精密四柱液壓裁斷機(jī)
雙工位并行作業(yè)，裁斷壓板接觸刀模時(shí)自動(dòng)慢切，使裁斷物料最上層與最下層沒(méi)有尺寸誤差。
The two workstations operate in parallel. When the cutting pressure plate contacts the die, it automatically cuts slowly to ensure that there is no dimensional error between the top and bottom layers of the cutting material.
液壓搖臂裁斷機(jī)（高精度款）
壓力自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)，同一高度下更換刀模無(wú)需重新調(diào)節(jié)壓力。
The automatic pressure regulation system eliminates the need to readjust the pressure when changing the die at the same height.
壓頭移動(dòng)式液壓裁斷機(jī)
定制電機(jī)低功率，高動(dòng)力，大壓力輸出持續(xù)、順暢。

橫梁后移式裁斷機(jī)
可以實(shí)現(xiàn)半裁斷功能，精度高，配備后退梁，可切割卷材和板材。
